Coinbase Cloud is in the process of being rebranded as Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP).

1. Populate name as the entire Cloud API Key Name including quotes "organizations/{ORG_ID}/apiKeys/{KEY_ID}" and the entire privateKey as privateKey including quotes "-----BEGIN EC PRIVATE KEY-----\{KEY}\n-----END EC PRIVATE KEY-----\n".

2. Ensure this enviroment is selected by selecting the check mark to the right of the enviromnet.
